1. What Vaultly is
A document and compliance intelligence platform. For individuals, Vaultly tracks personal document expiry and renewals. For businesses and compliance professionals, Vaultly tracks regulatory deadlines (GST, TDS, ROC, FSSAI, and other filings), identifies required documents, and helps collect and prepare them.
Vaultly is not a legal service, financial advisor, insurance broker, or registered tax/compliance practitioner, and does not file documents directly with any government agency or portal. All filings remain the responsibility of you or your compliance professional — Vaultly prepares, you and your team file.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- You must be 18 or older to use Vaultly
- If you use Vaultly on behalf of a firm or client base (e.g. as a CA, GST practitioner, or compliance professional), you are responsible for having appropriate authorization to process your clients' information through Vaultly
3. Acceptable use
- Use Vaultly for legitimate personal, household, or business compliance document tracking
- Do not upload documents belonging to others — including clients — without appropriate authorization
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service
4. Our responsibilities
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available
- We will send reminders and requests as scheduled, but cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control (spam filters, email/WhatsApp provider issues)
- Vaultly may identify compliance requirements and missing documents based on standard regulatory templates; these are provided as a convenience and do not constitute legal or compliance advice. You, or your compliance professional, remain responsible for confirming actual filing requirements
- Vaultly does not submit filings to any government portal on your behalf. Every prepared package requires your explicit approval, and filing remains a manual step completed by you or your team
- We are not liable for any losses arising from missed renewals or missed filings, even where a reminder or request was not delivered
5. Pricing and billing
- Free tier is free forever, within its limits
- Business/compliance pricing is quote-based and agreed individually per account
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
- You can cancel at any time; no refunds for partial periods
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use after notification = acceptance.
